Tenant Service Requests

Overview

There are two ways to place service request.

  1. Call us or
  2. Log your request directly into our electronic work order system, via website Easyworkorder.com.

Please note that some services provided by our engineering and janitorial departments may have associated charges. All requests with associated charges must be preauthorized by an authorized tenant contact.

Who to call

Monday thru Friday 9:00 – 5:00 pm

Give the following information:

1. Tenant name, building and suite number
2. Name and phone number of individual requesting services
3. Nature of request, problem or service
4. Floor and location of problem

Your call will then be logged into the work order system and dispatched to the proper personnel.

Post a Work Order via easyworkorder.com website

The easyworkorder.com website is a web-based work order program that enables management and tenants alike, to access its content from any computer with an Internet connection. Each user is given a username and password, which enables them to access the site. This program enables quick and easy interfacing between tenants and management. It allows for clear and concise record keeping allowing tenants to see the status of their request.

Light Replacement

Should you have any lights out in your area please contact the building Management Office and the Building Engineer will replace them. Please make sure you give your name, suite number and the location within the suite.

Authorized Personnel

Air Temperature Control

Should your area become unreasonably hot or cold, please contact the Management Office, or post a work order request on easyworkorder.com and we will have our engineer investigate the problem.

In order to help conserve energy and deflect some of the solar load, at certain times of the year it may be necessary to ask tenants to close window blinds. Additionally, as part of the building closing procedure, all lighting, coffee pots and related equipment will be turned off at the end of each day.

Doors, Locks, Keys & Signage

Tenants should contact the Management Office for all requests. Unless otherwise specified in your lease agreement all costs beyond building standard will be the responsibility of the tenant. In the event a tenant requires a lock change, additional keys, signs or directory strips, they must be obtained through the Management Office to retain consistency. Only a designated representative of the tenant will be authorized to request these services and we ask that you allow a minimum of 24 hours for all lock requests.

Janitorial

The janitorial service is provided by Service by Medallion. The building is serviced nightly Sunday through Thursday.

Extra Services – Service by Medallion also provides additional services which can be requested either by contacting the Management Office or via the easyworkorder.com website. Please note, that only a designated representative of the tenant will be authorized to request these services.

Red Dot System -This building also has in place a Red Dot system, in which we place a very small red sticker on the doorframe of any doors that must be secured at night. This ensures that all necessary doors will again be relocked by the night janitorial crew. If you would like a door to be secured on a regular basis, please contact the Management Office so that we can add that door to our red dot map.

Window Cleaning

The exterior windows are cleaned twice per year while the interior windows will be cleaned as needed by the janitorial staff.
