1. Move to be coordinated with building management and must be scheduled before 8:00 a.m. and after 6:00 p.m., on the week days or on the weekend.
2. Mover to be insured and provide Certificate of Insurance prior to move, naming the Landlord and Property Manager as Additionally Insured.
3. Masonite to protect path of travel from Suite to exterior of building.
4. The use of elevator needs to coordinated with the Property Manager or Building Engineer to have protective padding installed prior to the move.
5. Move schedule to be coordinated with Operations Supervisor.
6. Moves after 6:00 p.m. or on weekends require that the door alarm be deactivated.
