How can we help?
Recycling Program
Recyclable materials include cardboard, newspaper, white paper, glass, aluminum and mixed paper.
White Paper
Each tenant is given a large cardboard box for use as a central recycling station. There are also under desk individual container. Individuals should empty their box into the central recycling box usually located in the tenants kitchen/copy room area. Our evening janitorial crew empties all central recycling stations on an as-needed. If you require additional boxes or barrels, please contact the Management Office.
Cardboard
Any cardboard items that tenants may have should be marked Trash/Basura and broken down so the janitorial crew can recycle the boxes properly.
Glass & Aluminum
All glass and aluminum products should be placed in the recycle barrels designated in the kitchen areas. Janitors remove all recycle products on a weekly basis.
Newspapers & Magazines
All newspapers and magazines should be placed in the cardboard newspaper tray located in the kitchen area.
Wet Trash
Any wet trash that you may have should be placed in a bag, tied, and then disposed of in the standard trash bins. Please do not place unbagged items in the trash as it makes the bins very dirty and odorous.
Hazardous Waste
Tenants must comply with regulations mandating waste disposal and removal practices. Disposal of hazardous waste must follow strict federal, state and local guidelines. Please sort waste accordingly.
